The State Supervision Service of the Republic of Armenia (hereinafter referred to as «the Service») announces a competition for the implementation of the expert’s work envisaged by the program.<\/span><\/p>\n

The program of works carried out by the expert:<\/span><\/p>\n

    \n
  1. develops drafts of legal acts, presents conclusions and recommendations concerning the draft laws of the Republic of Armenia, decrees of the Government of the Republic of Armenia, decrees of the Prime Minister of the Republic of Armenia and other legal acts related to the spheres of activity of the Service;<\/span><\/li>\n
  2. provides professional feedback on issues arising during the examination;<\/span><\/li>\n
  3. presents relevant analyzes or recommendations on references based on the results of the examinations;<\/span><\/li>\n
  4. presents a brief analysis of the work performed by him.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    The expert must have higher education in law, the ability to work with computer and other modern technical means.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Duties of the Expert:<\/span><\/p>\n

    Honestly carry out activities stipulated in the contract, maintain internal disciplinary rules of the staff, work discipline, work safety and security means, carry out the duties prescribed by the labor law, the Law on Public Service and the contract.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Project duration is one year.<\/span><\/p>\n

    The deadline for submitting documents is June 10.<\/span><\/p>\n

    It is not allowed to sign a contract with an expert if the latter has been dismissed or the service provided by him has been terminated during the last year because of a disciplinary sanction, failure in passing the probation period prescribed by law, being appointed in a position with violation of the law, failure to comply with the requirements of the RA Law on Public Service, in cases of termination of the citizenship of the Republic of Armenia, or in case of a conviction against him, except in cases when\u00a0a fine was assigned or for two years he hasn\u2019t received the credits for individual training program.<\/span><\/p>\n

    Applicants should submit the following documents:<\/span><\/p>\n

      \n
    1. Written application (form is filled in when submitting documents).<\/span><\/li>\n
    2. copies of the passport and the public service identification document;<\/span><\/li>\n
    3. a copy (es) of the document (s) of the state sample certifying the education;<\/span><\/li>\n
    4. a copy of the work book (if available);<\/span><\/li>\n
    5. male representatives should also present a copy of the military record book or \u00a0the copy of the certificate as a substitute for being temporary attached to a conscription subdivision, with the original, or a relevant reference;<\/span><\/li>\n
    6. one photo 3 \u00d7 4 cm in size.<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      The RA citizen submits the documents personally, presenting a passport.<\/span><\/p>\n

      Documents are accepted every day, from 9:30 to 12:30, except Saturdays and Sundays.<\/span><\/p>\n
