The RA State Supervision Service summed up the results of the examination conducted at the Penitentiary Service of the Ministry of Justice of the Republic of Armenia. The examination carried out at the “Yerevan State Medical University after M. Heratsi” foundation. As a result of the examination carried out at the university, problems were identified in the procurement procedures, the calculation of additional salaries, and implementation of construction works. In addition, 222.0 mln. worth property was obtained without any procurement procedures and with higher prices as compared to the market price. The State Supervision Service informs: As a result of the examination carried out in the RA Police by the Service, a criminal proceeding was initiated in the RA Special Investigation Service. The criminal proceeding was initiated under Article 308 (Abuse of official powers) and Article 310 (Illegal participation in entrepreneurial activity) of the Criminal Code of the Republic of Armenia. The preliminary investigation of the case is carried out in the RA Special Investigation Service. It should be reminded that from May 7, 2019, the State Supervision Service has conducted an examination in the RA Police on procurement procedures of vehicle registration numbers.
RA State Supervision Service informs: A criminal proceeding has been initiated in the RA Special Investigation Service on the violations discovered in the Youth Foundation of Armenia. The legality of the Foundation’s inflows and the effectiveness of their usage has been examined by the RA State Supervision Service and the materials have been sent to the RA Special Investigation Service. The criminal proceeding was initiated on the basis of abuse of official powers and was sent to the RA Investigation Committee to continue the investigation.
